Generation Xcellence’s mission is to win the war for America’s youth by helping every child reach their fullest potential and by empowering and equipping them with the essential life skills needed to make wiser decisions and master life’s issues. To also unify parents, schools, churches, individuals, leaders and the community together in order to save America’s future. To motivate all individuals towards self-improvement and to be the national youth organization of choice, known for its intervention and preventative methods.

We strongly believe that our world will change and be a better place, through the empowerment and self-improvement of each individual. By improving ourselves we will improve our neighborhood, city, state, country and eventually the world.

Vision Statement:

Generation Xcellence will be the premiere youth organization for known for its creative, strategic ways of empowering young people, and developing tomorrow’s leaders both in America and abroad. We envision a culture where children will apply life skills to their lives and grow up to be productive adult leaders which will be a benefit to society. We also envision a society filled with individuals who seek to be changed and empowered.

Goals:

Our goal for the next 1 to 5 years is to impact the lives of individuals (youth, parents, adults) in every community in the United States. We will also like our programs in every U.S. School to help at-risk youth.

Our goal in the next 5 to 10 years is to have reached the entire world.

What We've Accomplished:

Generation Xcellence has been hard at work helping thousands of children by nurturing them with the essential life skills to help them to avoid life’s pitfalls and make wiser decisions. We teach all youth how to: build their self-esteem, avoid peer pressure/bullies, be leaders, be responsible, be productive, communicate, set goals, be humanitarians and find their purpose in life. We have built partnerships with: parents, individuals, schools, notables, churches, law enforcement agencies, local leaders and the news media. Many young people's lives have been changed through our workshops, presentations, motivational speakers, books and programs. As proof of our success, our techniques have helped children from some of the toughest neighborhoods in America.

As a progressive organization, we are proud to have already begun the push toward reaching out to communities across this nation, and even to communities as far away as England and Jamaica. We are excited and prepared to service millions more throughout America and eventually the world.

How we began:

The roots of Generation Xcellence stem from 11 year-old (at that time) child named Rionna. During a three year battle with epilepsy, Rionna decided that she wanted to do something to help others. Rionna realize that there were a lot of kids that were struggling with so many different isssues in their lives. Soon, Rionna began to notice that some of the kids that she met, struggled with some of the same problems that she struggled with. Things like battling a sickness, growing up with the pain of a absent parent, peer pressure, self-esteem issues just to name a few. This was when she decided that she had to do something to help other kids overcome these struggles. Then Rionna's dream/vision to help the youth was born. She called it Generation Xcellence. Rionna started out as a motivational speaker who spread a positive message to the youth in schools, churches, police departments, and local communities. At that time, Rionna had written 2 books about her positive message that went all around the U.S. and even the world. Through Rionna & Generation Xcellence many kids were taught how to be leaders, choose the right paths, avoid peer pressure, build their self-esteem, obey their parents and find their purpose in life.

Rionna's work has been recognized by Maria Shriver, President Bush, Celebrities, Billy Graham Organization, MayMay Ali, Feed the Children, local police departments, churches and schools.

Now Rionna's vision has blossom into a non-profit 501(c)3 organization in which she holds a seat as one of the youngest board members at the age of 13. Because of her vision, many people's lives have been & will be changed all over the world.
