LAUGH A DAY CONTEST
"Keeps the Doctor Away"
You know the old saying, a laugh a day keeps the doctor away. (Ha Ha Ha)
Just kidding, it doesn't really say that, but it’s really true that
if you laugh everyday, you will feel much better. There is an old proverb
that says: A merry heart doeth good [like] a medicine: but a broken spirit
drieth the bones,Proverbs 17:22.
Wake up those dry bones and receive the medicine
of laughter!!
Do you have a hearty laugh? Do people say that you have an unusual laugh?
Do you think that your laugh is contagious? We are looking for the world's
most funniest, unique, heartiest, craziest, strangest and contagious laugh.
Well, why don't you laugh all the way to
the bank with $2,000
smackeroos in your pockets?
We are looking for individuals who have the most funniest, unique, heartiest,
craziest, strangest and contagious laugh in the world. If you think that
you have a special, unique laugh then enter in our contest.
Below, are 5 different categories that you can choose from. You can enter
into one or all five:

~ World's Most Contagious Laugh
~ World's Strangest Laugh
~ World's Craziest Laugh
~ World's Funniest Laugh
*Entry fee is $30 donation for first category
$10 donation per extra
category that you enter into.
$60 donation to enter in all
5 categories.
There will be $100 prize per category winner. Each winner
of their category will go on to compete for the grand prize of $2000 for
the title of The World's Most Extraordinary Laugh. You will also have a
chance to audition for a new Reality TV Show Pilot.
*ALL ENTRY FORM, FEE(S), AND VIDEOS MUST BE RECEIVED BY NOVEMBER 30,2005.
Judging will be during the month of December and the Grand Prize winner will be chosen
by December 31,2005.

CONTEST RULES
- By entering into the Laugh A Day contest and submitting your entry
form you accept all contest rules, and agree to be bound by the
judge's decision, which will be final. You understand and agree that
all pictures and videos will become sole property of Generation Xcellence
and we reserve the right to edit, adapt, copyright, publish, transfer
or use any or all materials submitted without any other compensations.
Only the winners chosen for each category(5 total)
will be compensated with the amount of $100 U.S. dollars and the overall
(of the 5 category winners) grand prize winner (1) will receive $2000
U.S. dollars, and a chance to audition for a new Reality TV Show Pilot.
You understand that all entry fee's are non refundable and prizes are
not negotiable. You also understand that you may be disqualified if
you tamper with the entry process or lie about information provided.
You must be 18 years or older to enter. Anyone under 18 must have parent's
permission. Only (1)one entry form per person. You may enter as many
times as you wish, however multiple entries may not increase your chances of
winning the category or grand prize.
Everything(entry form, fee(s) & video)must be received by November 30, 2005.
Judging will be during the month December with the Grand Prize winner being chosen by
December 31, 2005.
- Prize Structure: There will be one (1)
winner chosen for each category (World's Heartiest Laugh, World's
Most Contagious Laugh, World's Strangest Laugh, World's Craziest Laugh
and World's Funniest Laugh) totaling five (5) winners who will
receive $100 U.S dollars each. Of the five (5) winners, there will be
only (1) winner chosen to win the grand prize of $2,000 U.S. dollars,
and a chance to audition for a new Reality TV Show Pilot.
You understand that
the grand prize winner will have a chance to audition,
but this does not guarantee a part or role in the show. You also understand
that the TV show pilot is in the process of being developed, and all winners will be contacted
to audition as soon as the show is ready for its audition phase which is up at the discretion
of the producer/director of the show. You understand that you are fully & completely responsible for your own housing, food & transportation to the audition city & location.
- Entry Fee(s): There is a $30 entry fee (nonrefundable donation) for the Laugh a Day contest for first category chosen. There is a $10 (non-refundable) fee for each extra category that you decide
to enter. If you want to enter into all five categories it will be a
$60 entry fee (non-refundable) total. Note: You
may enter into all 5 categories, however entering into all 5 categories
does not increase your chance to win the $2,000 dollar grand prize. Fees may be paid by
check or money order. You understand that, if checks or money orders are invalid, bad or false then
you will be uneligiable to enter into contest and disqualified. Also entrant must complete all 4 steps of the entry process to be eligible.

- How Do I Enter? You can enter the contest
one of two ways:
A. Online/Email - You can submit your entry
form online by CLICKING HERE
You can pay your entry fee through PayPal,
or by mail. You can upload(if it's feasible)your video(of your laugh) to the email address given below
for judging. *If you can not upload then please mail your video to the address below. Please make sure that your entry form, entry
fee, and video are received by November 30, 2005 to
be qualified for contest.

*All entries must be received by November 30, 2005. Judging process
will take place the month of December with the final grand prize winner
being chosen on or before December 31, 2005. Generation Xcellence, and
its associates reserve the right to change any and all dates pertaining
to the contest, judging, and finale decision. All winners will be contacted
by either phone, email or letter. If the winner chosen can not be contacted,
their winnings will be forfeited and given to a runner-up.
- The Laugh-A-day contest is sponsored by Generation Xcellence. All
entry fees will be donated to Generation Xcellence and are nonrefundable.
There must be at least one thousand entrants who have entered the Laugh A Day
contest in order to receive the two thousand dollar grand prize. If less than
one thousand people enter the contest, then a grand prize of five hundred dollars
will be awarded to the grand prize winner. Also, if less than one thousand people
enter into the contest, there will only be a category prize of twenty-five dollars
will be awarded to each category winner(5 total).
- You agree that the contest are for entertainment purposes only, and
Generation Xcellence, Smile-A-thon, A laugh a Day, nor their associates
can be sued for any reason. You agree that you are choosing to enter
our contest by your own will. Generation Xcellence , Smile-A-Thon, and
Laugh-A-Day reserve the right to change dates, or the winning amount.
