A Word of Wisdom:
Proverbs 17:22 - A merry heart doeth good [like] a medicine: but a broken
spirit drieth the bones.
Proverbs 15:13 - A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow
of the heart the spirit is broken.
How happy are you? When was the
last time that you've smiled? How many times a week do you get to laugh?
Are you mostly happy or sad?

TITLE: Live, Love, Laugh, Smile & Be Happy
I have a few questions that I want to ask you. Do you smile enough? When
was the last time that you've laughed? Have you ever gotten upset at someone
just because you didn’t like someone, or something did not go your way?
How many times have you smiled at your neighbor or a total stranger? Are
you always in a rush or on the go or just to plain busy? Are you always
upset or mad about life?
In our society people don't smile or laugh enough. Most of the time, people
are just plain unhappy. Back in the old days people would speak to one another
every day. People would take time to say hello and give a smile to their
neighbor. Now days, people are in a hurry and are too busy to take the time
to be kind to their neighbor. How many times have you seen that person,
who is so in a hurry that he cuts people off on the road? Haven't you seen
someone so upset at the grocery store because they have to wait in line?
What about the couple that is angry at their waitress, just because they've
been waiting for five minutes for their food. So we have to ask ourselves,
why are we so in a hurry? That is a good question that you can ask yourself.
People have lost respect for one another, and we have forgotten how to be
polite and kind to our neighbors. Because we don't take time out anymore
to be happy, laugh, and smile at someone, many people instead, suffer from
sadness and depression. It has been reported that over 18 million Americans
suffer from sadness and depression. This fast-paced lifestyle leaves us
no time to laugh and smile. Many of your problems can be avoided, if you
take the time smell a rose, listen to the birds sing, laugh, and smile at
your neighbor. I know that the world may be in total chaos, but we can change
the world if we start with ourselves first.
I have a challenge for you, the next time that you notice that you are in
a hurry, STOP, and take the time to smell a rose, listen to the birds sing,
say hello to your neighbor, smile at a total stranger, and then watch a
funny show, so that you can laugh, the biggest laugh that you've ever laughed
before. If you want to have a happy life then remember, what my mom says
"L3SB=Live, Love, Laugh, Smile and Be Happy".
