Welcome to the Smile A Thon contest "Where a smile goes a mile". We are
looking for the world's most beautiful/handsome smile. Grand Prize is $2000
USD, and a chance to
audition for a new Reality TV Show Pilot.
There is only one category for this contest, however you may choose from
the group that applies to you below.
~ Most Beautiful Smile (women/girls)
~ Most Handsome Smile (men/boys)
*ENTRY FORM, FEE & PICTURE MUST BE RECEIVED BY NOVEMBER 30, 2005.
Judging will be during the month of December with the Grand Prize winner
being chosen by December 31, 2005.

We will be holding live auditions for the Smile-A-Thon contest in select cities in the U.S.

CONTEST RULES
- By entering into the Smile-A-Thon contest and submitting your entry
form you accept all contest rules, and agree to be bound by the
judge's decision, which will be final. You understand and agree that
all pictures and videos will become sole property of Generation Xcellence
and we reserve the right to edit, adapt, copyright, publish, transfer
or use any or all materials submitted without any other compensations.
Only the winner (1) chosen will be compensated
with the grand prize amount of $2000 U.S. dollars and a chance to audition
for a new Reality TV Show Pilot.
You understand that the entry
fee is non refundable and the prize amount is not negotiable. You also
understand that you may be disqualified if you tamper with the entry
process or lie about information provided.
You must be 18 years or older
to enter. Anyone under 18 must have parent's permission. Only (1)one entry form
per person. You may enter as many times as you wish, however multiple entries
may not increase your chances of winning the grand prize.
Everthing(entry form, fee, & vedeo)must be received by November 30, 2005.
Judging will be during the month of December with the Grand Prize winner being chosen by December 31, 2005.
- Prize Structure: There will be one(1)
winner chosen for the Smile-a-Thon contest that will receive $2,000
U.S. dollars, which is not negotiable. You will also have a chance to
audition for a new Reality TV Show Pilot.
You understand that the grand prize
winner will have a chance to audition, but this does not guarantee a part or role in
the show. You also understand that the TV show pilot is in the process of being
developed, and all winners will be contacted to audition as soon as the show is ready
for its audition phase which is up at the discretion of the producer/director of the show.
You understand that you are fully & completely responsible for your own housing, food & transportation to the audition
city & location.
- Entry Fee: There is a $20 entry fee (non-refundable donation)
for the Smile-a-Thon contest which may be paid by check, money order or Paypal.
You understand that you will be disqualified if check or money order is invalid(false or bad)
or if you do not pay the entry fee or if you do not complete the entire process(all 4 steps).
All entries must be received by November 30, 2005. Judging process
will take place the month of December with the final grand prize winner
being chosen on or before December 31, 2005. Generation Xcellence, and
its associates reserve the right to change any and all dates pertaining
to the contest, judging, and finale decision. All winners will be contacted
by either phone, email or letter. If the winner chosen can not be contacted,
their winnings will be forfeited and given to a runner-up.
- How Do I Enter? You can enter the contest
one of two ways:
A. Online/Email - You can submit your entry

You can pay your entry fee through PayPal,
or by mail. You can email your picture(of your smile) to the email address given below.
for judging. Please make sure that your entry form, entry
fee, and picture are received by November 30, 2005 to
be qualified for contest.

*REMINDER* Entry form, fee(money order or check) and picture must be received
by November 30, 2005 to be qualified for judging. If they are not received
by November 30, 2005, then entrant will be disqualified from contest.
- The Smile-A-thon contest is sponsored by Generation Xcellence. All
entry fees will be donated to Generation Xcellence and are nonrefundable.
There must be at least one thousand entrants who have entered the Smile A Thon
contest in order to receive the two thousand dollar grand prize. If less than
one thousand people enter the contest, then a grand prize of five hundred dollars
will be awarded to the grand prize winner.
- By entering this contest, you agree that this contest is for entertainment
purposes only, and Generation Xcellence, Smile-A-thon, A laugh a Day,
nor their associates can be sued for any reason. You agree that you
are choosing to enter our contest by your own will. Generation Xcellence
, Smile-A-Thon, and Laugh-A-Day reserve the right to change dates, or
the winning amount.
